Worried about first weigh in.

I'm soooo worried, my first weigh in tomorrow. If i'ts bad i'm frightened I will give in. How do you all keep going?

How often do people go for their weigh-in with their CDC? My CDC never told me about this! She just sends the products by post and that's it!
