Worried about refeed.

Hi all,
Feeling good today as I have lost another 5lb. Only 5lb to go & I will have lost 2 stone.:)
I am going away next week & my pharmacist has recommended a refeed week, while I am away. I still want to lose at least another 1.5 stone, do you think it will be easy to go back onto TFR after a refeed week ?
Good thing about going away is friends who I haven't seen in 6 months should really notice the (nearly) 2 stones loss.

mmm, to be honest it is hard to get back into it, espec that first week when you feel pants!

This is round 2 for me on LT, and it is harder. to be honest, if you can stay on it, do, but if you cant, then try and follow a low carb atkins style diet and minimise the carbs as much as you can.

although you will go out of ketosis, most likely anyway, if you steer clear of carbs, it will be easier to get back into LT.

try going for just veg and meat or salad and meat etc, although this can be hard if you are eating out - I have used nandos before and find they are great for chicken salads and actually stayed in ketosis - only lost 2lb that week, but was worth it.

if you start eating a lot of carbs when you are out, it will show on the scales as a large gain, as carbs in your body hold a lot of water too.

have a great holiday though, just try and be careful, and try to avoid carbs (as in bread, pasta, rice, cakes, buscuits, anything with flour, rice, potato etc...)
