Worried about * week :(

Just started today (2 days early) and I am struggling already with a massive appetite and a crazy sweet tooth :(

I normally focus on green/EE days anyway, and I know that having lots of carbs usually helps me not snacking. But today I have had 17 syns already and Im sitting here at 10.15pm desperately trying not to think about what else I can munch on :(

So plan of action for the weekend? Eating lots of pasta, fruit, making another chocolate scan bran cake, drinking tonnes of water and trying to resist the urge to have a bacardi (or worse cracking open a bottle of wine!)

Not sure what the point of this post is really - I know what I should do! Just a bit of reasurance that I can do it, and that I dont need to blow another week just because of my body clock.

Stick to your ideas, could you make a meal plan for weekend to make it easier? Could you put fruit in easy to see place for when you feel like snacking? x

Have the fruit on the dining table already - its over flowing at the moment so no excuse to eat fruit!! Will draw up a meal plan tomorrow - out tomorrow evening but its a buffet so will get something to eat before we go so I can resist the nibbles.

I can sympathise as I go through the same and can never resist chocolate and junk during star week.
The only advice I can give is drink plenty of bottled water, it works really well for me because it helps stop the bloating.

I really sympathise too, I've started today when I've still got 3 days of my pill left, had the worst cramps today too. Tonight I let myself go and had some wine, chocolate and a tesco finest dinner. I'm out with OH and his parents tomorrow night, but then I'm going to get back on as I feel really uncomfortable.

Stay strong, you will do it and you'll feel better if you drink lots of water. If you crave chocolate try mixing an options with fat free yoghurt, lovely and creamy and gives that chocolate kick.

Thanks girls :) managed to get through yesterday without eating anything else and we have a busy day today so hopefully won't have too much time to think about chocolate! It's such a gorgeous day, going to try and drag dh to the park for a walk later if we have time too
