Hey,

Ive been on the cm diet for 11 days now. In my first week I lost 8lbs however now it is totm and I've sts for nearly 4 days now :(. Will I lose anything this week or will I remain the same. Ive been 100% and its kind of disheartening to not lose anything! HELP please anyone had the same or is it just me?? xx
 
Yeah ive had the same don't worry about it. If u stick to the diet it will come off.
U may sts this week but next week it will be better. Also people sometime have small losses week 2 and 3 or 3 and 4 depending on their body's and the body adjusts to the diet

Just stick with it it does work I'm on day 58 and lost 2 stone 9lbs now

Some people can put on up to a stone during totm! It might just be a smaller loss this week or sometimes a bigger loss the week after!

Dont give up you are doing so well x
 
Heey sophie.. well done on ur losses..I dont know how you managed to stay so up beat..its really getting me down..Im determined to do this but feels like my body is not letting me! I hope i do lose something even if it is 3lbs!

People also put on whilst its the totm!!!!!!!! Owh the joys of been a woman :(... AM trying my best to stick to it but I feel if I dont lose anything by weigh in daaay .. it will defffo be a sad weeek for me

As long as you stick to it 100% there is no reason why you shouldn't lose and as you say even 1,2,3 pounds are a step closer to goal! Dont give up, thats the easy option but not going to get you to goal! If ppl have a small loss the next week almost always is a BIG loss so don't worry

Trust me I'm not always up beat.
I have really good days and really bad days
Good days lots of energy bad days I want to eat everything in sight but I think what's the point all it will do is make me feel worse.
As we keep saying if u stick to the diet u will lose.
I have read about one lady who used to only lose 1 lb for 3 weeks then lose 10 the next.
Each persons body is different.
U will get there just make sure u drink the water coz sometimes we think we r hungry but we r actually thirsty.
I get real bad tummy pain if I haven't bin drinking enough water as soon as I have a drink it goes, when I used to get that pain I used to eat
