Last week I was struggling with the shakes, gagging because of the taste. This was probably because I can only drink the chocolate one as the other two taste foul! I've tried all the recipes on here like mint chocolate and the one where you add coffee to the vanilla shake but i don't like any of them. Anyway to cut a long story short last week I cheated for the first time! replacing one of my shakes with a tomato cup-a-soup 3 times across the whole week :S It was only 40cals and the sugar/salt everything on the box seemed really low. Anyway this week I only lost 2.5lb and i was wondering what you all thought, do you think that it was because I cheated? or purely the fact that our weight losses do drop after so long? x
