Would anyone be interested in some low GI authentic indian recipes?

I spent 4 months travelling around india a few years ago and did some cookery classes along the way. I went back to india with my Dad a couple of years ago, and did yet more cookery lessons whilst we were there. True indian cooking is a lot less fatty than the stuff you get in uk restaurants, and most of it is low GI too (handy as I could eat Indian food all day everyday if given the chance :D)
I'd be quite happy to post some recipes up if people were interested. It does require a big investment in spices, but these are cheap and easy comeby in indian supermarkets. They can be a bit time-consuming to prepare until you get the hang of it - but they lend really well to cooking up big batches to keep/freeze.

The recipes I can post if there's interest are:
Channa masala (chickpeas)
Rajma (Kidney bean curry)
Tarka daal
Kaddu Gobi (Pumpkin and cauliflower)

Kaddu Mutter (pumpkin and peas)
Daal Makhani
Chapattis

Healthy Indian food!!!! Oh yes please, that would be wonderful if you posted them.

Ok, sounds like there's demand! I'll post them up in about a week after the dastardly cast is off (typing left handed is reeeally slow)
