Would It Be Cheating If I Changed My Weigh-In Day?

So, I'd like to take an opinion poll on this.

Do you think it would be cheating if I changed my weigh-in day?

I started the diet on a Wednesday, so I've been weighing myself every Wednesday.

I've noticed, though, that my losses are always better by Friday morning, so it feels a bit like "cheating" to change my weigh-in day, just because I'm going to show by best loss by Friday.

The reason why Friday is my best day, of course, is because sometimes on the weekends I eat a little, and that always causes my weight to pop up. I've noticed that I don't always lose it all by Wednesday.

Any thoughts?

Go for it!!! The more positive you feel about the change in weight loss - the more positive the outcome ;-) the specific day you choose shouldnt matter.

when you think about it, a year down the line, it's not gonna matter that you shifted everything by 2 days is it?

And if it makes you feel more positive, then go for it i say!!!
