Would you eat slightly yellow brocollli?

    It's just turned slightly yellow but has been in the fridge would you eat it?

    Urm I would but it just doesn't look as appealing as when they're nice and green. :rolleyes:

    You don't need t shave them off...it's just a lack of chloroplast and less beta carotene in that area...it won't affect the taste or your health. :)

    When that happens I put it in a soup with lots of other veg's.

    That reminds me must go make a big pan of superfree soup.
