Well, I don't know how this happened but I've lost 4lbs this week. I'm over the moon.

I've stopped eating the bars and upped the water and it seems to have done the trick. Still on WS and eating around 1000 cals.

Now I'm only 9.5lbs to target and 2.5lbs to the lowest weight I've been for the last 10 years.

Onwards and downwards.............
