    Week one weigh in and I've lost 5lb, I can't believe it. After coming off a vlcd I didn't expect to lose anything. I'm really enjoying the freedom of those extra calories, I've even snuck in a couple of squares of milk chocolate (accounted for, of course).

    Here goes week 2, I'm dreaming of 1.8lb to take me to 10st7lb. Come on......
