just looking on my bottles water and my bottle of buxton 1.5 litres have 24mg of sodium in? wow thats alot init?

i cant stand tap water tastes bleachy..

Its not too bad. Its because it is a natural spring water, and collects the sodium while its squeezing through the rocks! It shouldn't affect your weight loss, and I'd be surprised if there wasn't any sodium in tap water too.
