what a brilliant result, you should be so proud. sunday is always my worse day for some reason, but getting weighed on a saturday helps a lot. don't ruin all your good work now as you will struggle getting into ketosis again. imagine how bad it will be 2nd time around
its defo harder over weekend! i feel fine during week its just since friday night (when i was at a friends where everyone else was munching and drinking!!! i didnt though but by god that was difficult) i've been battling and fantasising big time.......about food obv!!!
but the thought i keep coming back to is that its my brain that wants the food cos i'm not hungry so my body doesnt need it!!! must keep chanting!!!!
