Could not decide what to have for tea tonight so decided on SW chips, not made these before. All I can say is wow..........sprinkled with Nandos piri piri served with mushy peas yum yum. SP:drool:

I had that problem until Thursday. The key is to really shake up the chipped spuds after they've boiled and drained to ruffle the edges before you pop them in the oven!
