You can definitely say I'm struggling.
Comfort eating is my biggest problem! (Other than man problems!!!)

Anyway - I'm 5'4 and 9 1/2 Stone..
I want to lose a stone.

Been trying to stick to 1000cals a day but it's like impossible. I find it really really hard because I work in a restaurant and there is always chips and chocolate to hand!
What shall I do? :(
 
If you can't stop eating then exercise more lol.
 
Why don't you up your kcals to 1,200 and see how you get on? Also, definitely +1 on the exercise. Even 30 minutes exercise builds up a nice amount of calories to play with if you have gone over or want to eat an extra potatoe with your dinnner (or a handful of chips in work ;) )
