Probably... I think you just have to be careful of processed meats in case they add sugar along with water so check the nutritional info. Non-processed meats (chicken breasts, etc) are definitely fine.

Mmmm... want some ham now lol :)

Sorry!!! On the back it says pork, Parma ham, salt. So doesn't look like there are any sugars

I've had some before and been fine, just watch the calories :)
