cant see any reason why not, its just tea leaves, just drink as you would a normal cup of green tea...

i cant find it anywhere round here, but if i can get hold of some i will be!!

it helps prevent cancer and all sorts, not the best calories burner, burns around 200cals... but deffinately worth it for the health benefits!

    xx

    Hi Warrior,

I drunk Wu Long and Wu Yi throughout last year, I can't say it did anything for my weightloss... it just went up, and up, and up...
But it's worth a try, I guess our bodies have different responses.

    Good luck!

It's the same as any green tea...it's hyped up on the net though, it won't speed anything up anymore than the diet already does or exercise for that matter...
