ww brown bread

i can have 3 pieces of this as a healthy extra how many syns would it be if i wasn't using it as a healthy extra

Is it wholemeal bread or brown bread? You can have two slices of WW wholemeal as a HEB but brown bread is exactly the same a white bread nutritionally but just made with unbleached flour.

I use the WW 'thicker' sliced wholemeal bread which is 2 slices per HEXB - it toasts really well and holds a sandwich filling as well, it doesn't fall apart when you pick the sandwich up.

this is the one that i eat also, definitely got to be the best one to have i would personally say, as you say it holds things in it, as i hate it when my mum picks up the other one for me, as its far too thin and pointless in my eyes haha. xx

1 slice from 400g danish or white is 2.5 syns, brown is 2 per slice.

Oh I see, you can have 3 slices of the WW brown danish. I tend to forget about it because it's near impossible to find.
