ww from slimming world, can anyone help?

Hi all, hope im posting in the right thread, im currently doing slimming world but have not lost very much weight, even though i have stuck to it, (the group support is not great) im thinking about trying the new ww plan, going to class on sat morn, but i wonder if anyone could just explain the plan a little im 5ft7 and weight 12lbs13 :eek: but dont even know where to start when it comes to how many propoints i will be allowed. i would like to start planning menus, i would be really gratefull for any advice, or just to see how people are getting on.

Ok your daily point allowance is 29 points a day, you must eat all of these points. You also get a weekly allowance of 49 points (everyone gets this) this is for eating out or if you go over daily points etc you do not have to use these but can if you feel the need to. You can also earn extra points by doing activity/exercise.

Welcome aboard.....I came over from SW to WW, loved the SW plan but I really feel far more comfortable weighing and measuring my food as I'm not very good with portion control if not :D
Now you know your allowance try having a look at peoples food diaries for some tips and ideas. I pretty much eat what I did on SW but bit more flexibility on convenience foods when needed.

I have also swapped over from sw this week. I feel like I have to deal with my portion control and the whole pasta is free on a green day was just a green light for me to fill up on carbs. I very rarely had a red day so think I was losing out protein wise. Will give this a go for now and try to get used to smaller portions and then re-assess!

me too just started ww today did lose 2 stone with sw but needed a change as was struggling with on the road options (got fed up with only eating fruit bags if macdonalds was the only place we stopped lol )
good luck hope we can get to grips with this plan :)
