Hi all, hope im posting in the right thread, im currently doing slimming world but have not lost very much weight, even though i have stuck to it, (the group support is not great) im thinking about trying the new ww plan, going to class on sat morn, but i wonder if anyone could just explain the plan a little im 5ft7 and weight 12lbs13
but dont even know where to start when it comes to how many propoints i will be allowed. i would like to start planning menus, i would be really gratefull for any advice, or just to see how people are getting on.
