Ww garlic herb petit pains

Anyone know the syn value pls? Found them in the chiller in asda. Was wondering if u could use the roll as a HE and just count garlic butter?? I know it's a long shot!! Lol ;-)

All I can find are the original petit pains 4 pack 50g each 5.5 syns doesn't mention garlic and herb.. Sorry x

They'll be 1syn for every 20 cals as no free food allowance

The plain, part baked ones (found in the bread section) are a HEXB so you could make your own garlic bread with them
