WW monthly pass

When you use the £12.95 voucher for the monthly pass do you still have to pay the registration fee? Or is £12.95 all you pay on the 1st night? Also how long approx is the meeting?

Meeting wise I think it varies on how many get weighed/stayed. How much people talk during the meeting etc. Mine lasts about 45 min- an hour.
