My delightful son has had my calc and i cant point anything :( i feel so lost without it so my question this morning is this ............How many points in
194 + 0.8 ? ... id like it to be low please :giggle:

also i bought an oval WW pizza but the date on it was 24th (they have a short shelf live dont they) .... would you chance eating it? or should i just chuck it ???

3 days is NOTHING! eat iiiiiiiiiiiiiiit! :p you do know that supermarkets put really really conservative dates on these things dont you? To make sure they minimise any risk..

i'm not sure if theres anything in my fridge that ISNT past its sell.. LOL. Oh i lie, i have a banana and custard mullerlight :D

only thing i dont have over its sell is milk.. and thats cause the sour taste makes me sick... LOL (just kidding, i dont really drink it :D)

Ok so they are the Nature Valley Oat and Granola honey bars ! they are YUMMY !!!!!!!!!!!! had one for breaky hehehe ....

ok so i may have the pizza for lunch! altho im quite fancying boiled eggs at the moment but 2 and a slice of bread would be 4.5 and would it fill me till tea time hhmmmm!!!! desicions!

Hi MommyB gave me this advice on another thread so you can work out your points on a normal calculator or the one on your phone.

''You can work it out as cals divided by 70 plus sat fat divided by 4 if you dont have you calculator handy.

if something comes up as say 1.24 you can round it down to 1 pt but if its over 1.25 you have to call it 1.5 ''

did u know if u only eat the white of the egg it is 0pts :D :D

i am the same at the mo with bolied egg so I am going 2 skip the middle of the egg :D
