Cheat's Cheesy Potato Gratin
This recipes is great and filling and a goes great with grilled meats/quorn or fish, with salad's, roasted veg or steamed veg.

Cook Time: 1 hour
This can be made in advance, and kept in the fridge, just pop in the oven.
Serves 4 - 6 (6pp - 4pp using skimmed) (7pp - 4pp for semi skimmed)
450g thinly sliced potato's ( leave the skin on to stop them breaking up)
150g sweetcorn
150g frozen diced onion
35g Bisto cheese sauce mix
350ml of cold milk
1. Pre-heat oven to 220 or fan assisted 200.
2. Heat 3 spray's of frylight on a medium heat and add frozen onion and sweetcorn, season.
3. Slice the potato's thinly on a mandolin while the onion and sweetcorn sweat.
4. Mix cheese mix with the cold water in a jug ( this will look grainy but don't worry!)
5. Pour a thin layer of the water and mix, then add a layer of potato, then a layer of sweetcorn and onion and continue this until all sweetcorn and onion is gone, and your left so that your top layer is just potato. Hint: I find in a lasagne pryrex dish, you get 3 layers of potato's and 2 layers of sweetcorn and onion.
6. Pour remaining liquid over the dish, and bake for 1 hour or until potato is tender, serve and enjoy!
