confused over this 4th week in 10.5lb lighter ..
im strugling to eat 1 of each the books say 1 or 2 so stuck to 1..
A/ lc light 2 with lunch then usualy 2 with a syn somthing in the evening
b/cereal oats
for the first time in years the "full" feeling everyone raved about is finaly there!
is it fine to only have 1 or is it important to double?
