Xanthan Gum

Hiya..Does anyone know how you work out the carbs in xanthan gum?

I'd thought it was carb free....but then found this :

Xanthan Gum

Any ideas people?

Do we take the fibre off the carbs or is it really that carby per 100g?

hmm, I am pretty confused by those figures
but on the livestrong website I found this:

+ thats an american label, so you minus the fibre from the carbs + so there are 0g net carbs. hope this is of use :)
