Hi!
I've just started xenical and found this thread on the xenical board really useful as a guide. Also reading other peoples diaries is a great way to see what people are eating!

Good luck with it!

Hey blonde8, good luck with your weight loss journey.
As long as you stick to the 5g fat rule (all foods you eat should have 5g or less of fat per 100g) and 15g fat total per meal you will be fine.

Here is a list of things that I eat....
Breakfast-
-Cereal with semi skimmed milk and a piece of fruit.
-2 slices wholemeal toast with marmite
-2 quorn sausages in 2 slices bread
-Muller rice and a piece of fruit

Lunch-
-2 wholemeal rolls with extra light laughing cow cheese triangles and salad, plus a yogurt and fruit.
-Jacket potato with beans and salad
-Soup with a bread roll
-Beans/spaghetti on toast

Dinner-
-Spag bol made with quorn mince and served with wholewheat spaghetti
-Quorn cottage pie served with extra veg and a yogurt for dessert.
-Quorn pieces in sweet chilli sauce served with rice and veg.
-McCain oven chips, quorn sausages and beans.

Snacks-
-Fruit
-Muller rice
-Tesco potato thin crisps
-Ryvita minis
-veg sticks dipped in an extra light cheese triangle or two....I love this!

I could go on forever coz I eat all sorts of stuff but you get the idea!
Also quorn is fab as it is low in fat so sometimes a better option than meat, I eat it anyway as I am vegetarian.

Hope that helps a little.
