Right ladies I think I'm back in the zone haha!!

Probably not very good WW wise but I am doing this 3 day diet wed - friday this week to try & shift some or all of the weight I've put on in the last 2 weeks!!!

Anyway not been too hungry but got the worst headache ever - think its drinking the coffee, I'm not used to it!!!

Well I managed to lose 4lbs this week!

Thank god for that - I am back on the old WW points from today so we shall hopefully keep losing.

I am determined not to go off the blooming rails again
