just done the kids chicken nugets and chips. am gonna wait till 3pm to have my lunchtime shake, having my 2nd cup of coffee now, drank 2ltrs of water..

*passed by nisa supermarket and got 10x5ltr bottles of water for £0.79 @, bargain isn't it?
 
I'm SOOOOO bored of drinking water, and only done one and a half litres so far!

Other than that about to have my first shake, maybe a soup! the choice is overwhelming.

You can drink peppermint tea and green tea (I think). And of course the orange, berry and savoury CD flavourings.
 
I've just had cheese and broccoli soup.

It was horrid.

I'm still on the first week - try one of everything - routine.

I've had all the ones that I know I'll like, now have the ones that I know won't be great!

I love the choc tetras, great for matinee days!
 
Well after a rubbish day yesterday ( i ate some cauli), im starting a diff regime,

when i got up i had 1pt of water DONE
8am coffee with 1/3rd of banana tetra in DONE
1pt of water DONE
10am (now) another coffee (same as before) DONE
1pt of water DONE
12mid day 1/2 vanilla shake DONE
1pt of water DONE
2pm coffee (made as others) DONE
1pt of water DONE
4pm other half of shake DONE
1pt water DONE
6pm 1/2 choc tetra ( i mix this with equal amount of water) DONE
1pt of water DONE
at some point in evening I will have the other half of tetra in coffee .

so far so good

Its raining again, grrr (not that it matters because im in work).
 
its sunny here for the 1st time this week.lol.
