Had my WI this morning and i am back in my 11's (Only just but it was still an 11 lol) Hmmm now gotta drop a point so we will see how that goes.......xx
WELL DONE i know what that feels like when you hit a certain stone stage. I cant wait to hit my 11's IM currently in the end of 12s...Cant wait for that day when i get on the scales and i see 9 st 7 pounds, is that day ever gonna come)
I'm just dreaming the day when i get on that scales and see 9 stones 7 pounds. Ive done it before few years back where I went from 15 stones to 9.7 st and know I can do it again, lets do it guys, Cant wait to be in the single figures for weight and clothes size
