YAY....5LBS IN 3DAYS!!!!!!

Hello everyone! I am so happy today!! I have just been to see my cdc after 3days on the diet (4th day today) and I have lost 5lbs! I am really happy about that!

i dropped 5lb in my first 3 days and by the end of the week i was 10lb lighter so best of luck!!
