Yay for WI!

    After my +0.5lb on last week I decided that doing an online diary just isn't for me (on the body optimise website) I actually printed out the food planner and wrote everything down.

    A loss of 2lb this week! Yay this takes me to bang on 1stone lost. In my personal opinion, SW is so much easier than WW, so happy I changed back! :D

    Well done on your loss! Champion! I think SW is much easier than WW too...Did WW for four months last year and lost 2 stone. The trouble was I put almost all of it back on when I gave up the plan, as I stopped counting points. I think SW is a plan you can keep up for life as you don't have to count everything...

    Anyway, keep up the good work hun,

    You're totally right. With WW I felt I was counting everything and was turning down going out for a meal just for the reason that I didn't know how many points were going to be in the meal.

    I love SW because you know when you're out, what options you have and for the fact that you can fit it in with every day life.

    Time to stick at it! :D
