YAY! HELLO 16-something!!

Just a quick check in as I haven't been around for a bit! Had a weigh-in yesterday and was 16st 13! Wooohooo!!!

I know it sounds a lot, but I was 20st 10 on 13th May! I never thought I would see a 16 on the scales this year!

I love this diet!
