YAY, I love my scales

According to my scales, i have lost 14.5lbs, in 22 days :D. i lost 2lbs between yesterday morning and this morning.. woohooo! :D
 
And i hate mine. LOL.
Only day 2 for me and i want breakfast.:sigh:
 
you just have to get through the first few days, it gets a lot easier once ketosis kicks in.. the second week was hardest for me, wasn't hungry, but really missed food. just remember it will all be worth it in the end!
 
Well done, and my black cords fit me again....hooray for us all. It's worth it, this is feeling soooooooo good.
 
my scales are my best friends at the moment x
