Extra Easy yay ive finally had a okayish day

so here is what i have eaten a really happy post
Breakfast
Omelette
Lunch
Cup of tea
carrot and corindor soup
with slimming world chow mein wooo both shared with my mum
fallowed by a mullerlight
had slimming world sausages and meatballs to pick on and a 2 slices of toast (HEB)
then for dinner
broccoli, carrots, trimmed beans, potatoes and salmon fillet

then i did a bit of zumba and kettlebell oin youtube vids
then had a milk based hot chocolate and mullerlight goodies
i made a boobo and got some rurbard and custard sweets that turned out to be more syns that i had hoped so all in all i have around 16.5 syns yaaaaaay usually have around 30+ syns
