I just had my first WI and i lost 9lb :bliss:

I dont think i have ever been so pleased with myself before hehe

It has totally given me the enthusiasm and willpower to get past another weekend approaching!

hehe ok i've finished phoning my parents to tell them the good news my mum screamed down the phone haha.

My OH lost 10lb so we've done 19lb in one week between us............our bed will be happy haha

God i'm more determined than ever and ready for whatever this weekend has to throw at me

Just been invited to a hen night on 14th July so i now have something else to countdown too.......The theme is cowboys (well cowgirls really hehe) so if i can slim down enough to get a pair of knee high boots and a skirt to fit and look nice i will be well well chuffed
