Today - for the very first time since I started atkins somebody asked me if I'd lost weight and told me I looked really good.

I'm so thrilled.

I also got into a size 18 wedding dress on sunday instead of the size 24 I had to try on last time.

Sorry I know that's really boring but I'm so happy I just had to tell someone

It's nice to have so much support

On another positive note every single one of my zits has now gone from my face too (I've had them for years and tried every possible lotion, potion and medication to get rid of them )

Must be all the fresh food and the water flushing my system out every day.

Maybe I will be a beautiful bride after all
