Hiya every one

been to my first session got my packs i loved every min of it so good.
There were 5 women who started last week they done so well 10lbs amazing im excited i just cant wait to start to change my life.
My husband brought me a diary and has asked me to write how i feel in it every day so that was a really nice thing to do for me really liked nicky the counsellor was soooo nice i am one happy bunny. X x x :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

What a lovely thing for your hubby to do. Make sure you keep notes on thoughts and feelings as understanding these are an important part of LL.

First week can be difficult. Stick with it and the result will be amazingly motivational in itself. xx

You've already made a big start just by deciding to do LL in the first place. Take it step by step and day by day and before you know it you will be at your first weigh in and see the results.

What a supportive husband to think of something that will help you so much in the long term. The chance to look back on how you develop is a great idea.

good on you for joining here glad you did i just had to tell every one about this site as the support is so good.good luck on your second week.And thank you every one for your on going support and good luck wishes it helps alot i have just had the porridge it was ok the only thing i did not like about it was the smell its funny cause i was makeing my daughter breakfast shes only 4 i done her porridge and fruit as i was cutting the starwberries and pineapple i went to put a peice of pineapple in my mouth then i remembered just as it was near my lips scarey one of my many habits i have to break.

Brilliant, so pleased you enjoyed your first meeting - I did too. I know what you mean about watching unconscious eating to start - I mashed up an apple for my daughter last week and she said yuck, she loves apples so I thought - oh what's wrong with it? and just stopped myself in time from putting a teaspoon in to taste it!
Good luck for your first week, here's to a good loss. I am only on day 11 and have had to throw out 2 pairs of jeans already!
