i dont often shout my success on here, i always post in my diary but feeling very chuffed with myself

this is my 9th week and i have now lost 36lbs
    i was 20 stone 5lb
    i`m now 17 stone 11lb :D

    woohooo i`m in the 17`s

still got lots of lbs to go but i will get there

this is a hard diet, many times i`ve wanted to eat but i have stuck with it through all obstacles. i`ve had parties to attend, bereavements to deal with and just every day life to contend with but i have stuck with it and now i am seeing the rewards:D

for anyone who thinks they cant carry on, just keep buisy, keep posting and stay focused

    good luck to you all

    kaz :D

Well done Kaz. You have done really well.

I always say it is the easiest and hardest diet i've ever done - easy when my heads in the right place - hardest when I'm not in the right frame of mind.

Keep it up and look forward to more successful progress reports!

Well done Kaz - you are doing so well.

Congratulations on blasting through from 18 to 17 - I am sure it will be no time at all until you are posting about being in the 16's!!!
