Hello, can anyone help me with the syns in Yeo Valley 0% fat greek style vanilla yoghurt? it's a 450g pot..
here's the nutritional value..

Just had a quick look on the app and it says its free on ee.

Not so fast! I see it as 22½ syns (EE) - that more or less fits with 20cals per syn.

Yeo 0% used to be sugar free (and therefore syn free) but they changed that some time ago.

From what it says on the app it says it free per 100g for the yeo valley 0% greek style natural yog, but for the greek style vanilla yog (not 0% fat free) it is 22syns per pot. Sorry if i mixed it up just thought it was the 0% fat free one.

Yes it is confusing. The 0% fat natural ones are free, but all the flavours now have sugar in them - syn city.

O my gosh im so sorry if any has had it as free, wording on products are so similar easy to mix up.
