Hi Phil, I've hesitated all day to post this, but are you sure that your amazing weight loss is not just down to the regular polishing of your halo? Or did you weigh completely starkers this week?

NO ONE at my Group has lost 7lbs in a week since I've been attending, let alone 14 weeks in! I can well see how much you must enjoy the praise and adulation from all the females - I've been one in the past. I always read and enjoy your posts, but now I'm really suspicious - or am I just a cynical old bat?!!

I'm right with Indieflower, please post your full food diary so that we can all share, or...

Ohhhh Roz don't how to take that !! but I assure you that I have lsot this amount i will be happy to give you my group leaders tel number if you wish. Sorry i dont do halo polishing either!. What would be the point of posting this.....As for my losses to date I have stuck to the plan 100% I also do shed loads of workout everyday ( 6 days/1 day off). This week alone I am up to 141 miles cycling and 5 miles swimming.
I feel that I dont have to justify my loss. I am more than happy post my diary as I keep one every day.


I put my loss down to a combination of going from 13 weeks on Red plan to EE and walking bloody miles every day for four days while at Disney ( from 7 until 21.00 ) on all the days.

My food diary was very sparce but her goes

A lady at my group lost 9lbs one week and she'd been on the plan for about 3 months, we were all amazed!- she was too!!

I feel a bit disappointed by Roz comments to tell the truth. I have been on an absolute high since Wednesday I am sooo pleased !!! I even bought myself a new pair of jeans today. They were even 3 sizes smaller than the last pair I bought.
