lovely result on the scales this morning, down to 9st 4lb! 1lb past target! :bliss: :bliss: :bliss: :bliss: :bliss: :bliss: :bliss:

was so nice to see 59 kilos flash up at me, it's been 8 years since I was 9st 5lb, never been 9st 4lb (except on the way up IYKWIM)

Now the real work begins.. keeping the weight off.

I'm going to try and shift a few more pounds before going into Conso. I've decided will move into Conso by start of December regardless of whether i drop more weight or not.

@ wkdstepmum: i daren't buy anything else as a treat for hitting target as I've been participating in some serious online retail therapy since starting Dukan to distract me from my love of food..;)

Hubster and I are going for an italian 2moro night - that will be plenty enough of a treat.. I can taste those garlic mushrooms already...nom-nom-nom!

Do it, do it, do it, buy, buy, buy!!! ;) Sorry, am a shop-a-holic too...I've bought so many new things since starting this, about 4 red dresses and heaps of jeans :) x

That is really good but I wouldn't try and go under your goal unless you don't feel that it is your goal anymore. Conso is harder than I expected but it worked :)

Congratulations!!!:D what a fab feeling, isn't it?
I would second Poppy above me... you know what ? I have lost a little bit more doing conso and it is a bit nerve wrecking when you start.. so maybe a semi Conso would suit you? I would not go way below your target weight just in case your body wants to put on the weight straight away as it would too low a weight for you and then this will discourage you.
I say Enjoy it and start very slowly doing a semi conso... and see how you manage..you are bound to still lose a bit more weight;)

well i'm having a gala meal tonight so i guess i'm sort of moving into Conso by doing that..?.:)
