Here is my food diary for yesterday:

Breakfast: banana, 5x rich tea fingers (5 syns)
Lunch: Homemade chips, 2xbread (1xheb), 2 teaspoon flora light (2 syns)
Dinner: Pasta, pineapple, 85g ham (1xheb)
Snacks: mango, grapes, yoghurt, slimming world strawberry cupcakes (2.5 syns) x3

Im still having no cravings for fatty foods, so pleased.
