took my cardigan off at work today because it was so stuffy and i received an email after about half an hour from my boss:

"you can really tell you have lost loads of weight when you have your cardigan off xx"

yay! i am over the moon

It feels so good when people give you unprompted compliments! I've not had that, I have to sort of hold my now bigger trousers out to them and be like: "LOOOOOOOOK!!!!". I think it's called "fishing for compliments", lol.
