    I'm eating with my mum tomorrow night, toad in the hole, she'll use semi skimmed and about 3 eggs.

    How do i calculate for home cooked stuff? like this ?

    Do you have access to e-source (the on-line WW site) - you can write the ingredients in the 'create your own recipe' section and it will give you the points

    Little romany, I'm doing it from home as well and because i live in ireland cant use esource (which angers me). If you go to livestrong.com they have a recipe builder that can give you the nutritional values and then from there you can work out the points. I feel like a broken record on here but just be careful with brand name stuff on livestrong cos they sometimes have it wrong just make sure you double check the NV on the packaging of anything you're using.
