Yet another TRY - A 100% week ahead.

Weighed in last night and had gained half a pound.

Have messed about with plan for anumber of weeks - I think sometimes you have to have some time away from it - well that is my excuse.

Wasn't good today either - hope to get back to it tomorrow and fill in this diary and have a 100% week and have a good loss -
