Yo yo dieter needs to stay on track!

Decided on tandoori chicken as remembered have the curry paste leftover. Attempting a diet version of a saag aloo. Hoping it's good! X

Today's food

Porridge
Skimmed milk
Golden syrup 1

Gingerbread biscuit 2
Strawberries with 1x petit filous yoghurt 1

Lunch will be crumpets with egg and beans.

Dinner will be chicken breast grilled in a BBQ marinade, jacket potato and salad.

Am starving today. Still have birthday cake knocking about. Didn't have any yesterday but judging on my hunger levels by 10am I will probably have a small slice later.

It was good thanks. Not like the real thing from a take away but a nice vegetable dish all the same.

Got if off the bbc good food site but just used way less oil then they said, and the rest of ingredients were f&h.

Got us through a night of rubbish tv! Made my husband watch Eurovision haha, he was v unimpressed! X

Today worked all day and not been counting. Although not been too bad.

Mcvities breakfast biscuit with porridge oats... Note to self - a rubbish choice from vending machine. Was starving half hour after eating them this morning!

Porridge with skimmed milk and golden syrup

Jacket potato with tuna mayo (not sure what mayo was used at work), Cous couscous and bean medley salads, lettuce and cucumber.

Scampi, potato wedges, broccoli, green beans, light mayo.

Small slither of my birthday cake leftover! Last bit x
