YOGA

Does anbody practice YOGA? And do you have a DVD that you can recommend?

I've heard so much about this form of training and want to try it out! Unfortunately there's no YOGA classes in my local gym, so I have to use DVDs at home

I know we have lots of threads about wii fit and i'm lucky to have one. i enjoy yoga on it but sometimes i find it really tricky to hold pose and end up falling over.
