Yoga?

    I have a yoga video on my shelf (it gets dusted regulary!)....was thinking of starting it. Anybody have any good reports about yoga? :)

    Supposed to be one of the best forms of exercise. Makes you more flexible and more agile giving good muscle definition! No good for me I'm as stiff as a board, although saying that I'm now able to touch my toes since losing 3 stone. Just think what I'd be able to do when I've lost the last 2 1/2 stone! XX

    Exactly! I am looking forward to swimming with my kids and not frightening the living daylights out of the lifeguards when I sink to the bottom!! :D

    No i havent tried yoga, Always wanted too try it though...
