Supposed to be one of the best forms of exercise. Makes you more flexible and more agile giving good muscle definition! No good for me I'm as stiff as a board, although saying that I'm now able to touch my toes since losing 3 stone. Just think what I'd be able to do when I've lost the last 2 1/2 stone! XX
