    Hi! ^_^
Being a bit of a chocoholic, I'm always on the quest to find low-syn or syn-free alternatives to chocolate, and in Holland & Barratt recently I bought some Yogi Cocoa herbal tea bags.
Will these be syn free? There's no nutritional information on the box or on the manufacturer's website, so am I right to class these in the same syn bracket as herbal tea?

    Thanks :D

Not sure to be honest! I think I might err on the side of caution and count it as 1 syn as they say there are 16 calories in a sachet. Why not try phoning the syn helpline and see what they have to say?

Might try the helpline, although I think 1 syn would be about right anyway, giving there wouldn't be any saturated fat in the tea.
    Thankyou ^_^ xx
